Our Approach
Cleanliness
We take pride in maintaining a clean, organized job site from start to finish. Our power sander and vacuum system is the most advanced in the industry, allowing us to significantly reduce airborne dust during the finishing process. Upon completion of drywall work, we thoroughly vacuum all floors along with electrical boxes and window sills, even on new construction. On remodel projects and in the later stages of new builds, we take every precaution to protect finished surfaces, contain dust, and keep it limited to active work areas.
Smooth Ceilings and Walls
Drywall finishing is defined by five levels, with Level 5 representing the highest standard. All of our smooth ceilings are finished to this level. Each surface is carefully sanded twice—both before and after the final coat—and then inspected under directional lighting to expose and minimize imperfections. The result is a consistently smooth, uniform finish that meets the highest expectations.
Textured Ceilings and Walls
Through the early 2000s, textured and swirled ceilings were a staple, and our work stood out among the best. As design preferences have shifted toward smooth finishes, we’ve become specialists in converting textured surfaces to clean, modern ceilings. When full replacement of the gypsum board isn’t practical, our refinishing process provides an efficient, low-disruption solution. The finished result closely replicates a Level 5 smooth surface, both in appearance and overall quality.
